Every day people ask me how I grow my SFI business.
It’s simple.
I add value.
When I started with SFI 14 years ago, I said to myself that I *must* be successful with this opportunity.
So I looked at what SFI provides, and I added value to it, and I turned that value into a service that I could provide to others.
I didn’t just say “Hey, go join SFI, it’s a great business… you’ll love it!”
First, I went and figured out how to refer new SFI affiliates by developing my marketing skills.
Then, once I figured out how to refer SFI affiliates regularly, I turned my process into a system that I started sharing with others.
It was at that moment that my SFI business really took off, and I have never looked back since.
So my advice is to look for ways that you can add value to the SFI offer, and begin to use that as your new offer for people to join your SFI team.
Maybe that value is helping your new referrals advertise, or setting up a website for your referrals, or offering someone 1-on-1 coaching to your referrals once they join your team.
If you provide some leadership, and add value to the already great opportunity that SFI is, you’ll find your business starts growing by leaps and bounds.
